Coffee:
This coffee shop is owned by our dear friends and is the cutest, most cozy, and delicious coffee shop around. Located in Wears Valley, about 15 minutes from Barkin’ at the Moon and Howlin’ at the Moon, and 30 minutes from Bear Moon Rising on the way to Cades Cove. Whether you want to grab a coffee and a pastry before heading to the Park, or you need somewhere with free wifi and a chill environment to work The Heavenly Roast has it all. Food:
This cute little cafe is nested about 5 minutes down the road from our friends at The Heavenly Roast. Y’all, the chicken & waffles here are the nest ever! Our kids inhaled them & wanted more! The service here is great and you will feel like they’ve known you your whole life. Don’t skip this one!
This burger joint is in adorable Downtown Sevierville. It is grass-fed, antibiotic-free meat and oh so delicious! We learned about this place from our sweet friend and we make a point to come down and eat here almost every trip! The staff is amazing, they are great with the kids. If you are looking for a good burger, you definitely want to try this place!
If you are looking for a nice dinner in an upscale environment don’t sleep on The Greenbrier. I adore the filet and my husband loves the pork chop. This restaurant also has the Dillon – their version of an Old Fashion – it is quite the production! They even say this place is haunted!

The Local Goat is an old standby, although you need to be prepared for a wait or come at off times. This place is always delicious and has a long list of beers on tap! Definitely, one to see!
Fun Activities:
This Mountain Coaster is our absolute favorite. This is the longest coaster in Tennessee! The kids and the adults all love this one! I highly recommend doing this one in the daytime and the nighttime! No trip to the Smokies is complete without a mountain coaster. They offer 1st responder discounts as well!

Nothing says Pigeon Forge like Dollywood! Dollywood is like no other theme park and a must-do when in the Smokies. There is so much to do and eat here! Don’t miss the cinnamon bread – trust me!

Looking for an adventure? Zorbing is fun for all ages of thrill seekers. Our kids LOVE this! Rolling down the hills in a huge hamster ball – they did this a year ago and are STILL talking about it!
